 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, and your participation in any of our coaching, programs, readings, workshops, or related services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Our Services

 Human Dynamics Pathways provides personal and professional development services, including but not limited to:

• Coaching sessions, workshops, and programs
• Personality assessments and reports
• Intuitive or clarity readings
• Online purchases of courses, sessions, or related materials 

Our content and services are designed for personal and professional growth and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Bookings, Payments, and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments for coaching, readings, or products are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment methods. Once payment is received your booking or purchase is confirmed. 

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Please note the following:

• Coaching or session bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty
• Late cancellations or no-shows: The session fee may be forfeited
• Workshops or programs: Refunds may not be available once materials are delivered or access is granted. Deposits are non-refundable but we will always aim to reschedule where possible
• Digital products or downloads: Non-refundable due to their instant-access nature
• Physical products: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damanged, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt with photos, and we will do our best to offer a resolution

Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Products)

If we offer physical products for sale through our website or events, the following terms apply:

• Postage within Australia: Flat rate of $11.00 per order
• Free postage: Orders over $250 AUD (within Australia only)
• International Orders: Please contact us prior to purchase for shipping quote

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service. We take care to package items securely however, we are not responsible for delays, damage or loss once an order has been handed to postal or courier services. 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, desings, images and downloadable materials is the intellectual property of Human Dynamics Pathways and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any materials without our written permission.

All coaching, workshops, readings and related content are intended for eprsonal insight and development only. We do not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, financial, legal or professional advice.
