When you understand the patterns driving behaviour, you transform how you live
Every interaction at home, at work, or under pressure is shaped by invisible patterns. When you decode those dynamics, you stop reacting to the friction and start choosing your outcome.
Human Dynamics gives you a practical, psychology-backed framework to understand personality patterns drive the way we think, feel and respond. It's the hidden "software" behind every successful team and every resilient relationship.
When you decode the dynamics you can:
This is the kind of insight that changes how you live, lead, connect, and communicate.

I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people - what shapes the way we think, feel, and connect. That curiosity became a lifelong study; I’ve spent over twenty years observing and understanding people - what motivates them, what triggers them, and what helps them thrive.
A defining moment came when my daughter asked, “Are you saying no because it’s what you believe, or because it’s what you were taught?” That question changed everything.
Not long after, I discovered the Enneagram, and it felt like coming home. For the first time, I understood myself and others on a level that made sense of things I’d never been able to explain before.
That discovery became the turning point in my professional career too. With a background in Human Resources, Counselling, and Leadership Development, I began to see how Human Dynamics shaped every workplace and every relationship. It became clear that understanding these patterns wasn't just about personal growth, it was the foundation for Clarity, Connection and Collaboration.
Over the years, I’ve worked across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, supporting professionals, leaders, and everyday people alike. What I’ve learned is simple: when we decode the personality dynamics driving our behavior, we communicate better, lead better, and live better.
My approach is direct, warm, and intuitive - grounded in psychology, human behaviour, lived experience and the Human Dynamics Pathways lens. Clients describe me as insightful and strategic, because I help them see the hidden "software" driving their patterns and give them the tools to shift them.
Whether you’re leading a team toward impact or seeking the confidence and courage to find your own step, my work is about helping you find alignment in how you show up, in work and life.
Because the truth is, understanding yourself doesn’t stop at 5 p.m. The same dynamics that derail teams can quietly shape our relationships, and our self-trust. When you understand the pathway, everything changes.
Working with Georgia has been, and continues to be, one of the best pieces of advice I’ve been given. Her insight, guidance, and ability to cut through the middle of some of the most challenging circumstances, break old patterns of thinking and offer fresh perspectives has been invaluable. Georgia is a pocket rocket of wisdom and is someone I’m grateful to have in my corner.

Georgia's methodology and approach to leadership assessment is highly impressive. For any business considering some form of personal psychometric testing or leadership assessment, I would always recommend Georgia. The level of detail she provides and the insight she has, completely blew me away.

Georgia’s insight into my personality and relationships was absolutely mind-blowing. She explained things I’ve always felt but couldn’t put into words. I left feeling clearer, lighter, and more confident about how I show up in my life and relationships.
A Thomas - Hong Kong
I felt stuck in a constant loop of overthinking, second-guessing my decisions. My reading helped me see the patterns behind my reactions and understand what was really driving them.
Emma R - Sydney
I came to Georgia at a time when I’d lost direction, personally and professionally. I thought I needed a career coach, but what I really needed was clarity about who I am and what actually matters to me. Georgia’s insight and honesty helped me reconnect with that.

There is a point for many women where life can still look fine from the outside, but something no longer feels right on the inside.
You’re still functioning. Still showing up. Still doing what needs to be done.
But you’re second guessing yourself more. You’re carrying too much. And underneath it all is the sense that you have been so busy being who life needed you to be, you haven’t stopped to ask what you want outside of that.
Most women already know what to do, the problem is they can’t see why they keep ending up back here.
They need to understand why they keep thinking the way they think, reacting the way they react, and ending up in the same place.
That is what these sessions are about.

Sunday 17 May, 9:00 to 10:30am
In-home breakfast, $127
Most women have a default story they fall back into under stress and pressure.
Not because there’s something wrong with them.
But because they have been thinking that way for so long, it feels true.
Maybe it sounds like:
“I should be coping better than this.” “It’s probably me.” “I need to be sure before I do anything.”
Those thoughts shape what you feel, what you do, and what you keep repeating.
This session helps you identify the story you default to, where it came from, and what it has been doing to your choices, reactions, and confidence.
You will leave with a clearer understanding of your pattern, and a practical way to interrupt it when it shows up.
If you have been feeling off, stuck, or unlike yourself, this is the place to begin.

Wednesday 20 May, 7:00 to 8:30 pm
Online session, $97
A lot of women already know what they want to do.
The problem is the moment between knowing and acting.
That moment where doubt takes over.
You hesitate.
You overthink.
You wait.
You tell yourself you need more certainty before you take action.
This session is for that moment.
We break down exactly where your confidence drops and why, then I walk you through a simple four-step process you can use when self-doubt shows up.
Confidence is not something you either have or don’t have.
It’s what you build in the moments where you would normally hesitate or back away.
If you are tired of second-guessing yourself and holding back on things that matter to you, start here.

In-person workshop,
3 hours, $297
By this point, many women realise the issue is not only what is happening inside them.
It’s also what keeps happening in their relationships.
You can be self-aware and still end up in the same frustrating pattern with certain people.
Misunderstood.
Triggered.
Reactive.
Careful.
Shut down.
Over-explaining.
Walking away wondering how it happened again.
This workshop helps you understand how you’re wired, how other people are wired, and why certain dynamics keep going the way they do.
You stop guessing. You stop personalising everything. And start responding to people with more clarity and less confusion.
Not perfectly. But differently.
